Activity reservations (diving, introductory diving, courses, or snorkeling excursions) must be made with full payment (100%).
Once a reservation is made, Blue Bottom Diving provides all necessary resources and services to carry out the contracted activity, leaving that spot occupied and unavailable for another user.
BLUE BOTTOM DIVING may cancel the activity due to unfavorable weather, force majeure, or security reasons, as this is our primary objective.
In the event of cancellation by Blue Bottom Diving, the date may be changed or the amount may be accrued as a credit, voucher, or in-store purchase.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the full amount of the reservation will not be refunded in the following cases:
- As long as the cancellation is not made within 10 days.
- Client's no-show for the activity
- Client decides not to participate in the activity once it has begun.
- Two dives on the same day. After completing the first dive, the diver decides not to participate in the second dive for various reasons such as seasickness, fatigue, sleepiness, fear, etc.
Diving courses must be paid in full in advance. Failure to complete courses for reasons beyond Blue Bottom Diving's control will not result in a refund of the amount paid.
Blue Bottom Diving's professionalism and expertise will always ensure that courses are completed within the standards set by the Certification Authority.
Blue Bottom Diving reserves the right to establish "specific conditions" in its cancellation and reservation modification policy.
